Queenie Retailer Guidelines:

1. To sustain the value of the Queenie Trademark, Queenie will only sell to retail stores selling the same “haute couture”. The dispersal of Queenie in your physical locality will be an aspect in becoming a Queenie Retailer.

***Please note: without seasonal re-orders exclusivity is relinquished, unless otherwise discussed.

2. To be considered as a Queenie Retailer, please email the following information to queenie@queeniebydesign.com or you may use the Online Form to contact Queenie.

*If you are a new store and not yet open, please send a copy of your state resale certificate.

3. For minimums, please contact Queenie.

4. First time orders are accepted on a credit card or money order basis only. However, checks will be accepted and processed prior to shipping your order. Returned checks are subject to penalties as allowed by law.

5. Queenie is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you solely to process orders. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. Your credit card and personal information are treated with the highest regards and security.

6. Please note that all sales are final. If you find an error with your order, email us within 2 days of receipt for resolution. In the event that we accept a return, there is a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
